A Peek at the Programme...
We know it's a bit naughty, but this year we're going to let you have a peek at our programme before our official launch on 21st September, so here goes...
We're absolutely delighted to be collaborating with the Traverse Theatre on two events during the West Port Book Festival. These events will take place in the bar area of the Traverse.
TraVerses Open Mic for West Port Book Festival
13 October (9pm): Anyone and everyone is invited to come along and read for five minutes – all forms welcome.
TraVerses Playwrights as Poets for West Port Book Festival
15 October (9pm): We’re inviting amazing playwrights - David Greig, Peter Arnott, Linda McLean and many more - to reveal their secret poems; ones they’ve been penning themselves or their favourites. Open Mic slots available for audience members.
If you're interested in reading all you have to do is show up a few minutes early and put your name down.
