What is going to happen during the Literary Twestival?
Well, we've worked out a running order. Here it is (although we reserve the right to change this if something crops up or we get carried away with something!)
| 8pm-8.30pm | Tweet up and gossip. This is pretty much what happens at a traditional Twestival but alas, we are going to make everyone work a teeny bit harder. |
| 8.30pm-9pm | Speeches from WP people, Tea Tree people and from our social media guys who will introduce their exciting applications and challenges. |
| 9pm-10pm | Time to experiment! We’ll be using submitted creative morsels as well as encouraging people to get creative. Anyone who feels foxed by all this, or just foxed, can use our old school typewriters or just sit down and eat some cake. |
| 10pm | Charity Raffle Yes, it’s not enough that we all volunteer to provide a free, four-day book festival. This year we are going to give something else back! Our charity of choice is READ International, a fabulous bunch of young guys and girls who are promoting literacy in far flung places. |
| 10.30pm | Anything goes |
| 11pm | Elope to Blue Blazer where tweeting may cease and some serious drinking/gossiping begin. |
